All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or size swaps. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue for review. If your claim is approved, the item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with its original tags and packaging. Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
